SERVPRO of Boone was very quick and thorough in their work after we had a puff back at the our facility. I could not ask for a better crew.

Leah and her staff did an outstanding job. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable and professional. They not only had to remove the water from the basement but also move everything stored down there and lift everything off the floor. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them.

Delightful!!!! We had basement drainage work done and the concrete dust went everywhere in our downstairs living area. Rob, Leah, and Tyler came in and assured us they could clean it up. Leah and Tyler came in and did it all, books, keepsakes, furniture—everything. In addition they were extremely polite. I have already recommended them and will continue if I see a need.

My home was covered in white powder from a fire extinguisher I used to put out a fire in my heating unit. The task looked daunting, Floor to ceiling, wall to wall, as if it snowed indoors. One call to SERVPRO and the next day Tyler and Leah arrived and with the utmost professionalism, surveyed the (to me) impossible mess.
