Fast Food Restaurant Restored to Like New
This fast food restaurant in Mars Hill, NC, formerly a Hardee's, made the decision to shut down as a result of COVID-19 earlier this year. The new owners were distraught and overwhelmed with the condition in which the kitchen was left. The owner reached out to SERVPRO of Boone to help make the space safe, sanitary, and clean again. The team worked tirelessly for three days to ensure that all stains, grease, dirt, and trash were removed. These pictures provide a small glimpse of the magnitude of grease and grime piled up on the kitchen equipment. With the use of a high powered steam pressure washer, the grease fell away from all surfaces including appliances, deep freeze, walk in refrigerator, floors, counters, etc. The new owners were stunned with the transformation the kitchen underwent. They are very excited about the future of what the restaurant will become thanks to the help of SERVPRO of Boone making it "Like it never even happened."
